Fix 1: Reset Your Outlook Email Account

  • Launch Outlook first and then go to the Mail tab.
  • Now, tap on your profile portrait.
  • Click on the settings icon. 
  • Go to the Email Account section and choose the email Account under it. 
  • Finally, choose Restart Account and click on Ok.

Fix 2: Check Sync Settings

  • First, launch the Google play store.
  • Go to the menu of the app and click on the My apps and games section.

Way to Update Outlook on iOS

  • Press the App store icon for long.
  • Select updates. 
  • Scan for new updates, just swipes down the Account screen.
  • Now, choose Update that is next to Outlook. 

Fix 6: Restart Outlook on Android/iOS
